Did you know you can now schedule groups of people at a time? Or that we added in the ability to restrict users’ check ins to one work order at a time? Little upgrades are happening continually in ServiceBox, and there are functionalities built-in with which you can both request new changes, and keep on top of what’s happening.
The Feature Request page makes it easy for our customers to suggest new feature ideas to our developers. You can find the button for the feature request page in the ServiceBox drop down menu, under your name. Once you’re on the page you can either suggest a new feature, or read the ideas from other customers and vote for the ones you’d like to see added. The features with the most votes get worked on first, so use your votes strategically to advance the features you most want.
One of our customers used the feature request page to ask us for the ability to restrict his employees to one work order check in at a time, to reduce sloppy timesheet management. It’s a great idea, and 14 people voted for it. The result? Our development ninjas went to work and the idea became a reality. But how can you know it’s a reality? How do you find out which requests have been implemented? Well, if it’s a really significant change, we’ll tell you in our newsletter. Or you can follow us on social media (twitter/instagram/facebook) at @getservicebox for updates. But built into ServiceBox is another way to keep informed about what’s happening: check out the Change Log, which is in the same drop down menu as the Feature Request Page:
On that page you’ll see a list of the latest new features, enhancements to existing features, and bug fixes when necessary.
So head to the Feature Request Page and tell us what your dreams are for this software. Then head to the Change Log and see other customers’ dreams come true. Another innovation from your friendly neighborhood ServiceBox.
