One of the things we LOVE is to get real-time information from our customers about how to make our product more relevant to the different service industries. Sometimes a suggestion will be so company-specific that we’ll devise the feature as a special order product for that company and add it to their account only. But sometimes a few different customers all request the same thing, and that’s when the idea gets put into the development queue for our next release.
ServiceBox has just made it exponentially easier for our customers to not only request new features, but to also vote on the features already on our list. Features getting the highest number of votes will move up the ladder of priority. You can also leave comments on the different feature suggestions, if you think there’s important information that should be added.
So where is this page?  You can find our “Feature Request” option right in ServiceBox, in the dropdown menu under your customer name:
Once you navigate to the page, you’ll see it’s set up very simply, with a suggestion box on the left, and a column on the right with all the suggestions we’ve been given thus far.  Go ahead and scroll through the suggestions to vote on the ones you want to see built first, or add comments. If you create a new suggestion, the page will ask you to register your email so we can follow-up if we have any questions.
So go take a look and see what you think. We’d love to hear from you, and build the world’s best Service industry software, together.
